The Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:

WE ARE CURRENTLY DELIVERING VARIDOSE POD IN BANGALORE PIN CODES ONLY.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you placed with us.

  1. Shipping Methods and Timeframes:

       The available shipping methods and estimated delivery timeframes will be presented at checkout. Please         note that delivery times may vary based on your location, product availability, and other factors.

  2.  Order Processing:

       We strive to process and ship all orders promptly. Given the overwhelming response and high

       demand, we anticipate a delivery time of up to 60 days post-launch. This timeline ensures

       each VARIDOSE device meets our stringent quality standards before reaching your doorstep.

       We are working diligently to get VARIDOSE to you as swiftly as possible.

In case of any delays or backorders, we will notify you via email or phone.

   3. Shipping Costs:

We are currently offering free shipping on all orders.

   4. International Shipping:

We do not offer international shipping yet.

    5. Tracking Information:

   Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status

   of your shipment. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking information to become available.

    6. Address Accuracy:

    Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order.

    We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    7. Undeliverable Packages:

    In the event that a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal, or any other reason, it may

    be returned to us. If this occurs, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment, subject to

    additional shipping charges.

    If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer support

    team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive
