To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.

In case of replacement, the new VARIDOSE device will be delivered to the original shipping address.

Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within
7-10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

and packaging. Any signs of use, damage, or missing parts may result in a partial refund

reasonable timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider for further assistance.

evidence, such as photographs, to assess the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue a
refund for the damaged or defective item, including any applicable shipping charges.
