PYXILL HEALTH PRIVATE LIMITED, (“PYXILL” or “WE” or “US”) is a Med-Adhere Tech Company assisting anyone with a health condition to adhere to their medication regime and improve treatment effectiveness through data-driven decision analysis, having its principal place of business at Bangalore, India

 

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how PYXILL collects, uses and shares information about the user through our platform (i.e. website and mobile applications) owned and controlled by us, including www.pyxillhealth.com (collectively referred to herein as the “Platform”)

 

This Privacy Policy applies whenever you visit our Platform or otherwise access any of our product or services, content, and/or other domains provided by us together referred to as Services.

Registration/ Sign-up: If the user registers an account on our Platform, the user requires to provide us with his personal information.

 

Third Party Online Payment Processing: We provide our users the features to pay for our services using Internet Banking, Debit/ Credit Cards, Third Party Wallets through third party payment processing service provider/ payment gateway. Please note that our service provider- not PYXILL – collects and processes your payment-related information.

As most of the information, collected for the purpose of services, are meant for submitting further to the third parties like Vendors, Governments etc., you may not be having much scope to restrict the uses. However, at all the time you may choose not use our services.

We do not collect any information which are not relevant for our services and for better user experience. Therefore, no such protection required.

However, we adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Platform.

 

Dispute Resolution:

 

On account of any issue/complaint regarding our compliance with this policy, you should first contact us. We will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of personal information in accordance with this privacy policy.

 

In event of an issue/complaint being unresolved at our end, you may invoke the arbitration, restricted to the jurisdiction of courts of Bangalore, India only.
